Registration Sheet & Registration Supply Fee – $50.00 per child
The school-year 2022-2023 program will begin on Wednesday, September 7 and Friday, September 9, 2022.
Hours: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
2022-2023 School Year Fees
The Beargrass Parents’ Day Out program payments are averaged over the nine months of “school” making nine equal payments for the months of September 2022 – May 2023. Each month’s payment is due during each month the child or children attend.
- Beargrass Member Fee:
9 equal payments of $134.00 per child (2 days)
9 equal payments of $67.00 per child (1 day)
- Non-Member Fee:
9 equal payments of $140.00 per child (2 days)
9 equal payments of $70 per child (1 day)
- Registration Fees: $50 per child
- Parents are to provide lunch and a beverage for their children.
- Children in diapers need to bring disposable diapers.
- All children need to bring a change of clothes.
- Please label with the child’s name all lunch boxes, diaper bags, back-packs, coats, etc.
Weather Closing Policy
We are closed if Jefferson County Elementary Schools are closed for inclement weather or have a delayed opening related to weather.
