Parents Day Out

Registration Sheet & Registration Supply Fee – $60.00 per child

Dates:

The school year 2023-2024 program will begin on Wednesday, September 6 and Friday, September 8, 2023.
Hours: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.

2023-2024 School Year Fees

The Beargrass Parents’ Day Out program payments are averaged over the nine months of “school” making nine equal payments for the months of September 2022 – May 2023. Each month’s payment is due during each month the child or children attend.

  • Beargrass Member Fee:
    9 equal payments of $140.00 per child (2 days)
    9 equal payments of $70.00 per child (1 day)
  • Non-Member Fee:
    9 equal payments of $150.00 per child (2 days)
    9 equal payments of $75 per child (1 day)
  • Registration Fees: $60 per child

Procedures

  • Parents are to provide lunch and a beverage for their children.
  • Children in diapers need to bring disposable diapers.
  • All children need to bring a change of clothes.
  • Please label with the child’s name all lunch boxes, diaper bags, backpacks, coats, etc.

Weather Closing Policy
We are closed if Jefferson County Elementary Schools are closed for inclement weather or have a delayed opening related to weather.
