ARK (Always Reaching Kids)

Beargrass is committed to providing quality care for our youngest members. Our ARK wing (Always Reaching Kids) is open from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM each Sunday morning for children from infancy through kindergarten. While parents attend worship and Sunday School, children have their own learning and worship experience in the ARK. During their stay on the ARK, children are ministered to by paid staff and parent volunteers. Childcare is also available during Saturday worship, Wednesday programming, and other special events.

Parents are expected to sign children in and out each time they visit the ARK wing.

Staff

Dodi Hance, young children’s coordinator, supervises the ARK wing. Paid caregivers and volunteers help  maintain a safe and fun environment for all children. Children are divided into age-appropriate rooms. Fun activities are available for the children as their parents attend worship and Sunday School.
