Each year, our stewardship invitation reminds us of the vital role it plays in sustaining Beargrass as a beacon of faith and an ambassador of the unifying love of God as Disciples of Christ. We warmly invite you to make a heartfelt commitment to ensure that Beargrass remains a vibrant community of God, ready to serve both its members and the world around us.
It is through our annual collective financial commitments that we determine our 2027 operating budget. This includes enhancing worship, growing education programs, expanding the impact of outreach, and beautifying our grounds and facilities. Because when we give, miracles happen.

Before we ask what we’re willing to give, we’re starting with a more important question: Why does Beargrass matter to you?
Beargrass is more than a building or a Sunday service. It’s where we worship, grow, serve, belong, and experience God’s love through one another.
This fall, we’re inviting our congregation to remember those stories—and consider what God is calling us to say “yes” to together.
Why does Beargrass matter to you?
For some of us, Beargrass is where our children grew up. For others, it’s where we found community, experienced God’s presence, were cared for during a difficult season, or discovered a place to serve.
Before we look ahead, we’re taking time to remember what this community has meant to each of us.
